Chinese herbalism is a system of traditional medicine that has been used for thousands of years in China and other parts of East Asia. It involves the use of natural substances, such as roots, bark, leaves, flowers, and minerals, to promote health and treat illness.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. It is based on the theory that the body has a system of energy channels, or meridians, through which a vital energy called Qi (pronounced "chee") flows. According to traditional Chinese medicine, disruptions or imbalances in the flow of Qi can cause health problems.

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that involves burning dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) near specific points on the body. The dried mugwort is usually processed into small cones or sticks, which are then held near or applied to the skin.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Dietetics is a branch of TCM that emphasizes the importance of diet and nutrition in promoting health and preventing disease. It is based on the idea that food is not only a source of energy and nutrients but also has therapeutic properties that can be used to treat and prevent health problems.

Qigong, also spelled as chi kung or qi gong, is a traditional Chinese practice that involves a combination of physical movements, meditation, and breathing techniques. The term "qigong" translates to "cultivating energy" or "working with the life energy."
